Thirty orders a night on the apps is about €250 gone before you've paid a wage. And the customer goes with it.

The maths

Commission comes off the top.

Before the rent, before the wages, before the food you already paid for. Here's what the two routes cost you on the same order.

25 to 30%

What the delivery apps take

Off every single order. Their name on the bag, their customer at the end of it, and no way for you to reach that person again.

0%

What we take on Flat Rate

€169 a month billed annually and nothing per order. Or €59 a month plus a flat 5% if you'd rather start small. Either way it's a fraction of the app rate.

A menu people actually finish.

Photos that sell the dish, a page that loads on a bad signal, and a checkout built for one thumb on the bus. Collection or delivery gets settled before anyone starts browsing, so a full basket never gets thrown away at the last step.

Your name on the whole thing

Your logo, your photos, your domain. Nobody gets shown the restaurant down the road halfway through ordering from you.

One queue in the kitchen

Direct, phone and marketplace orders land on the same screen, in the order they actually arrived. No tablet wall.

Live in under an hour

We build the menu, set the branding and connect payments while you watch. A long menu with photos takes longer, and we'll tell you that up front.

You know them. Not the app.

Order through an app and they're the app's customer. You get a first name on a docket. Order through Eclyde and they're yours: the full profile, the full history, and you can export the lot whenever you want, including on the way out.

See what a customer profile holds
  • You know the name before you pick up the phone
  • You see every order they've placed and what they came back for
  • You've got the address, so a card at Christmas actually lands
  • You see the allergy note they wrote three months ago
  • You know what they've spent with you this year
  • You know it's been nineteen days, and that isn't like them

A Tuesday that's suddenly busy.

You didn't run an ad. You didn't post anything. A dozen regulars ordered because the system spotted they hadn't been in for three weeks and sent them their usual with a bit off it. Marketing stops being the job you never get around to.

How the automation works
  1. 01

    The regular who nearly went

Say she orders every Friday, then goes quiet for three weeks. On the Thursday she gets her usual with a fiver off it. She's back that week. You never touched a thing.

  2. 02

    The birthday you'd never remember

It's a regular's birthday next week. He gets a note and a dessert sitting on his account. He books a table for six. That's one message you didn't have to write.

  3. 03

    The first-timer who sticks

Somebody orders once and would normally never be seen again. Two days later a small nudge goes out at the right hour. Now they're in every other week.

  4. 04

    Right message, right people

The new pizza only goes to people who order pizza. The lunch deal only goes to the weekday lunch crowd. Nobody feels spammed, so nobody unsubscribes.

The stamp card people actually use.

Nobody carries a paper card any more. Here every order builds towards something without the customer having to think about it. They open the menu one night, see they're one order off a free main, and you can guess the rest.

They come back more often

Every order earns points. Regulars find one extra order a month just to reach the next reward.

Rewards that just turn up

Ten orders in and a free coffee lands on the account. No card to carry, no code to explain at the counter.

Your customers do the selling

They send a friend the link. The friend orders. Both get credit, and you've a new regular you didn't pay Meta for.

Your Google rating quietly climbs.

After every order, Eclyde asks how it went. Do that for a few months and you look up one day to find you're the best-rated spot on the street, having never once stood at the counter asking anyone for a review.

They loved it

They land on your Google review page with it half written, while they're still glad they ordered.

Something went wrong

It comes to you first, privately, so you get a chance to put it right before it sits on your listing for good.

Under about €2,800 a month online, Flexible costs you less. Over it, Flat Rate does. The sum in full, and how both compare to the apps, is on the pricing page.

How much does it cost?

Two plans, every feature on both. €59 a month plus 5% per order, or €169 a month billed annually and we take nothing per order (€199 if you'd rather pay monthly). No setup fee, no contract, and thirty days to get your money back.

Which plan works out cheaper for me?

It comes down to your online sales. Billed annually, Flat Rate overtakes Flexible at roughly €2,200 a month online. Billed monthly, it's roughly €2,800. Past that point Flat Rate costs less and never rises again, no matter how much you sell. Under it, Flexible is the cheaper plan. Moving between the two is free, so start where you are.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Run it for thirty days. If it hasn't paid for itself, ask and we send back every euro you paid. No forms, no fine print.

How is this different from the delivery apps?

They take 25 to 30 percent of every order, and the customer ends up theirs. Here the order comes through your own site, the person who placed it goes on your list, and the margin stays with you. On a €30 order that's about €8.40 a time, every time.

Do I need a website already?

No. We host a branded ordering page on your own domain. If you've already got a site, we plug the ordering straight into it and nothing else about the site changes.

Can I keep Just Eat and Deliveroo running?

Yes, and most restaurants do at first. Marketplace orders land on the same kitchen screen as your direct ones, so service doesn't get any harder. What tends to happen is the direct share creeps up on its own, because the margin on it is so much better.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour of your time. We build the menu, set the branding and connect payments while you watch. A long menu with photos takes us longer than that, and we'll say so on the call rather than after. Most restaurants take a direct order the same day.

See it run your restaurant.

Twenty minutes on your menu and your numbers. We'll show you what actually changes in the first month and exactly what it costs. If it's not right for your restaurant, we'll tell you that instead.

  • Live in days, not months
  • We build your menu and train your staff
  • No contract, and thirty days to change your mind
